Trieste and the encounter with Gironès wines

On March 27th Eccocivi travelled to the city of Trieste (Italy) to present its #videLesGavarres to specialized press as well as prominent personalities of the Italian society.

We enjoyed a dinner with perfectly paired wines at the Osteria Agli Orfanelli, a mythical restaurant in the heart of the ancient city center of Trieste.

The attendees had the opportunity to know first-hand the whole line of wines of Eccocivi. These wines originate from volcanic soils at foothills of the ancient Mont-Rodó volcano, and are nowadays made by the Tuscan Luca D’Attoma, guru of Italian oenology supported by the emerging Catalan oenologist Guillem Parres.
